⚠️ ATTENTION: No keys can be issued outside the support hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.! ⚠️ In order to ensure smooth access for arrivals after 10 p.m., the details of the arriving guests must be received by us before 9:45 p.m. without exception. Bookings that are incomplete by 21:45 p.m. cannot be cancelled without incurring costs. For guests with a valid digital key, access is guaranteed at all times 24/7 around the clock.

The table reservation is considered approved only after written confirmation via WhatsApp by the «perfect lifestyle GmbH» and can be requested bindingly by the guest, not revoked without cost consequences.

There is an additional cost of CHF 28.00 per person. The regular check-out time is 10:00 am. It is possible to request a later check-out time than regular, up to a maximum of 12:00, subject to availability. The request is considered approved only after written confirmation via WhatsApp by the «perfect lifestyle GmbH» and can be requested bindingly by the guest, not revoked without cost consequences.
Credit card information:
A valid and covered credit card is required. The booking amount plus CHF 100 deposit will be reserved on your credit card, NOT charged. Payment is to be made only on the spot at the card terminal on the floor. The reservation will be released after full payment up to 48 hours after check-out.
